
Rotary Scholarship Recipients Honored
At the July 24th, 2025 meeting, the Corning Rotary Club proudly recognized this year’s scholarship recipients from the Corning-Painted Post School District. Each student exemplifies the Rotary motto, Service Above Self, through academic excellence, leadership, and community service.
Alyssa Wilson – Plans to attend UNC Charlotte; course of study in Architecture
Ian Harpster – Plans to attend Alfred University; course of study in Psychology & School Counseling
Liam Gill – Plans to attend Kent State; course of study in Business
Gavin Walker – Plans to attend Alfred University; course of study in Mechanical Engineering
Regis Farren – Plans to attend Moravian University; course of study in Business Management & Lacrosse
Jasmine Daudelin – Plans to attend CCC & RIT; course of study in Medical Illustration
Students expressed heartfelt gratitude for the Rotary’s support, emphasizing how this scholarship will help them pursue higher education while continuing to serve their communities.
