l Sweet -- The Jewish Food Festival will not be held in person this year but will be celebrated as the âNosh of the Month.â He will be sending out an email with all the details.
l Sweet -- The Jewish Food Festival will not be held in person this year but will be celebrated as the âNosh of the Month.â He will be sending out an email with all the details.Ernie Danforth --Teresa Danforth, Ernie's daughter, sings with the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus. The Chorus won the Grammy for the Best Vocal Performance in the Classical category. The piece was "The Passion of Yeshua" written by Richard Danielpour, recorded in the spring of 2019 and released last fall. In recognition of this milestone, Ernie made a significant donation to the Foundation.
Andy Rochester -- has completed 1018 miles out of 2021 miles in the ON3NY race from Four Corners, CO, to Buffalo. He is currently in 6th place! While he has a year to finish this race, Andy expects to finish at the end of 5 months. 
Stu Sammis has met with 3 school principals about the possibility of getting gardens started on the school properties.
Barry Nicholson crowed that his son, Quinn, ran in the NCAA Championship for Georgetown University. Also that his daughter, Anna Jo, has been accepted at the University of Virginia.

How's Business - One Year Into Covid-19: a Rotary Meeting Discussion
An outstanding and informative program about how some of our fellow business-owning Rotarians have survived, even sometimes thrived, through the past year of COVID. Speakers included Barry Nicholson, Wendy Winnett, Rick Davis, Laura Mattson and Jeff Ugoretz. Todd Strong had to leave the meeting prior to his presentation to run off and actually do business. We will catch Todd next week.
The chief lessons of the day were how these entreprenuers have met the challenges and are moving forward. As Jeff stated, "Crisis don't cause trends. They accelerate them."
