Literacy Committee announces new project

At the March 12th meeting the Literacy committee, in partnership with the Sustaining Fund, presented a major new literacy initative that will provide books to Winfiied Elementary School kids year round. The program will start with kindergartners, providing one book a month through second grade, and will track their reading development over time.
