Program:
Jessica Rustici from the Alzheimer’s Association
As part of the Program Committee's Health and Wellness series, this was a return visit from Jessica.  The topic was Healthy Living for Brain and Body. Designed for helping in the prevention of Alzheimer's, the basic four areas are physical activity and exercise, nutrition and proper eating habits, staying socially active, and maintaining mental activity and learning.  This program is well worth the effort to watch the meeting video! Watch the Zoom video of the meeting or you can see the slide deck here.
