This week was the traditional Joint Club Meeting prior to Thanksgiving. The Kiwanis hosted the meeting this year, led by Joyce Nelson, Kiwanis President. Invocation was led by Henry Pasqual, new minister for the Congregational Church on Pulteney Street.
Guests included Dr. Bill Mullaney, president of Corning Community College, hosted by Les Rosenbloom and Bill Boland. Kate Foss brought Kendra Mourhess. Ted Goldwyn was accompanied by Interact Student Amanda.
We all enjoyed a pre-Thanksgiving turkey dinner before James C. Johnson, Executive Director of the Steuben County Industrial Development Agency, spoke on the past 50 years of the agency and the plans for the future. It was an enlightening presentation.
