Vote on approving bylaws will take place at Club meeting of October 14. We will need a quorum of 27 people at that meeting. The revised proposed bylaws are available to review on ClubRunner. Dale Wexell is paying for the meals of those that attend in-person. He'll refund your meal purchase price at the meeting; just order as you normally do at our lunch order website. Dale Wexell, who led the bylaws committee with participants Ernie Danforth and Jan Harvey, walked us through the changes, and his presentation can be viewed here. No 50/50 today
