 The first in-person meeting of the year will be at the Radisson on 9-9-21 at 12:10. We'll be sending out more information about the masking requirements etc in a separate mailing to the club [ground and e-mail] shortly. In short, you'll need to preorder your lunch a week before so that your food items can be prepared for you the day of the meeting. We understand that this is a change in process -- but let's give it a try!  The eCommerce site is up and ready to take your order, including payment; just click THIS LINK and select your beverage and sandwich / salad choice [including dressing and meat/no meat for the salad choice. The checkout process is very similar to Amazon or any other online vendor. When you get to the payment, if you have PayPal you can use that or click the Credit Card choice. We've used this format successfully for years for the International Dinners and for donations. If you have questions, please email Andy. NOTE: If you are in contact with a Rotarian that is not using email/online ordering and will be coming to the in-person meetings, please email Andy with the details and we'll have an EASY work-around for them. 8-26-21 Zoom Club Meeting [
arrangements. Dick Perry mentioned that some members [not attending our Zoom meetings] seem to be unaware of the in-person meetings and would like to encourage people to come. Jeff: please give these members a call and let them know. Dave Anderson suggested ground mail would be good. Andy Rochester will make arrangements to get a mail notice out on printed cards, with a message from Jeff to all Corning Rotarians.
If you'd like to participate, but aren't able to drop off your food contributions, just let him know and he'll arrange to get the items to the Salvation Army for you. We still need: packers [need one more] to set out/ serve the food, chips/pretzels [60 individual pk], 60 hamburgers, 60 hot dogs, and 10 doz cookies.
