Continuing Education Rotary Scholarship
Application 2012

The Rotary Club of Corning is offering scholarships to high school seniors graduating in June 2012 in the greater Corning area and who are entering continuing education school programs of two or more years by the fall of 2012. The scholarships are also available to second-year students at Corning Community College who are continuing their education at a four-year institution.

 The primary criteria for selection are the student’s demonstrated commitment to community service during his/her high school or college years, together with acceptance into a continuing education program of the student’s choice.

Please complete this application and mail it to the address above by March 31, 2012. You may also mail applications directly to the Rotary Club Scholarship Committee chairperson:  Nancy Latour, 1 Academic Drive, Corning, NY 14830.  All applications will be reviewed and selections made entirely at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee of the Rotary Club of Corning. Application finalists may be interviewed by the Committee.  Scholarship awards will be announced by early June 2012.
